IFBB Pro Jesse Lineberger-Warriors Life Fitness Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

Jesse’s journey to fitness began early on as a Soldier and Master Fitness Instructor in the United States Army. Rising to the rank of First Sergeant, Jesse was responsible for the physical fitness, health, and welfare of every Soldier in his organization. Retiring after 23 years of continuous service, Jesse directly impacted the health, welfare, physical fitness, and nutritional needs of thousands of Soldiers. This combat veteran has always taken pride in his personal fitness and strived to share that same passion and commitment for every individual that he has mentored over the years.  Jesse’s focus is a holistic approach that offers much more than just a workout.  He takes a client centric approach, focusing on everyone’s health, nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness goals. Being able to move is the cornerstone to what it means to be alive and engage in and participate in life, to feel human, to feel alive. Jesse uses industry proven science, research, training, and nutrition strategies that are tailored specifically to every client’s need.  Evaluating each client’s strengths and weaknesses, Jesse will develop a strength training and nutrition plan to produce dynamic results for every individual, to achieve their personal goals in order to take advantage of more of what life has to offer!   

Jesse is continuously learning from the industry's elite trainers, coaches, and wellness professionals to always bring the most efficient and effective training practices and resources to his clients.
